Delivery charges vary depending on your location and access. We deliver across metro and non-metro cities in India. Standard delivery includes transport and placement in your chosen room. Assembly can be booked in advance for an extra charge. Delivery timelines are confirmed once your order is ready.

Some items may be dispatched separately depending on availability, size, or supplier. If you’ve only received part of your order, don’t worry — the remaining items are on their way and we’ll keep you updated.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged and must be requested within 5 working days of delivery. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Lighting that has been fitted cannot be returned.

Please mark the delivery note as “damaged” at the time of receipt and notify us within 2 working days at getintouch@fernandade.com. Keep all packaging for inspection. Once signed for without noting damage, items are considered accepted in good condition.
